I have always wanted to attend the Lakme Fashion Week, as a reporter to cover it when I was with one of the leading daily nationals, but never imagined that I would get a chance to be a part of the mega fashion event as one of the designers. Well thanks to my favourite online shopping website Jabong, I got to create a look that might be able to share the ramp with eminent designers of the country. Well Jabong partnered with Lakme Fashion Week to give all the aspiring fashion bloggers to design a unique look that may become a part of the famed fashion week. So without further blah-blah here’s my look for the event.

It is believed that one can never go wrong with classic black dress whatever the variation, hence I chose this single off-shoulder stylista original Shine on Maxi in black colour, and I knew I can’t be wrong. This long black dress with a slit in the front was indeed a treasure. With the dress fixed now was the time to buy shoes. They had to match the dress and compliment it as well. And while browsing through the site I found what I was looking for – amazing black sandals that would not only add height to my petite five two but also will give me more sophisticated look.

Dress and shoes selected I went to search for matching accessory that would complete my ensemble and I found a black silver clutch that added beauty to my ensemble and Estelle sheen bracelet completed my look for the evening.  Wait I was not done yet and then I found what I was looking for Ziveg Swarovski Elements Sterling Silver hoops that would definitely add a touch of glamour to my outfit.

And so my look for the Lakme Fashion week was ready. Below are the links from Jabong website that were used to create this look.
